Refund policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

SURFGOAT Clothing & Apparel, will refund or exchange your purchase if you are dissatisfied within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us before you send the Return or Exchanged item(s) so that we can check inventory and answer all questions. Email surfgoatclothing@gmail.com & include your order number. You may exchange the product in person, or mail your purchase back to us at our address. Sorry, there are no returns on any types of Swimwear, Underwear, or any Sale item(s), of which all sales are Final.

Returns by mail:
1. Fill out the bottom of your invoice with the a description why it is being returned and include it with your purchase. If you cannot find your invoice, please include your order number.

2. Specify whether you wish to return the merchandise or wish to exchange the merchandise.

3. For an exchange, please indicate the new product you want by providing the Name, ID number of the product located in brackets under the item title, sizes and colors, if it applies.

4. Insure your package and mail to: SURFGOAT, 115 Leather Leaf Dr., Jupiter, Fl 33458 

5. Keep a copy of your invoice.

6. Allow two weeks for an exchange to be completed.

7. To track your return, provide your order number, item name or item number, member number and billing name and address.

Returned Merchandise must include all original components, literature, warranties and packaging in the same saleable condition in which it was received. Refunds for returns will cover product amount and any sales taxes charged. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling charges. Returns not meeting these requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equaling 15% of the retail value of the Merchandise (not including taxes). Damaged merchandise, cosmetically or otherwise, is subject to an increased restocking fee on a case-by-case basis. If an order has shipped, it is the purchaser's responsibility to accept the shipment and return the order per our return policy. Orders that are refused at the designated shipping address may incur a 15% restocking fee.
